What you pay

Store prices can change. If the price at the store is different from your quote, we will contact you before buying.
Payment
You pay the full invoice before we buy anything.
Shipping
We ship within the US and to other countries, with tracking. Before shipping, we send you photos of the store receipt and your items. If you would like your package insured, ask us to include insurance in your quote.
Refunds

| We cannot buy an item after you paid | Full refund for that item |
| We bought the wrong item (our mistake) | Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace it or refund it. |
| You asked for the wrong item by mistake | We refund our service fee for that item. The item price and shipping cannot be refunded. |
| Damaged during shipping | We photograph items before shipping. We cannot refund carrier damage, but we will help you file a claim with the carrier. |
| Held or returned by customs in your country | This is the buyer's risk and is not refundable |
| You change your mind after we bought the item | No refund |
Vitamins & supplements
We only buy over-the-counter supplements from Costco and CVS. We do not buy any medicines. Please check that your country allows these products to be imported before you order.
